Being a leader means finding ways to represent your institution and program. I always search for ways to introduce students to the trucking industry through available technology.
This was an opportunity I had to promote our new night program.
I currently serve in a leadership role as the Division Chair of the truck driver training department. Being division chair means I have to do the budgeting, maintain the equipment, look for ways to improve the program, solve problems, help student get employment, and recruit students. I take serious my role and try to always represent the school in a positive way.
